    We are a rental company in Oberlin, Ohio. Oberlin is a picturesque college town (as the street scenes show) located about 25 miles west of Cleveland, Ohio. We have 11 properties consisting of about 15 rental units. All of our properties are updated older homes, most with old-fashioned woodwork & refinished hardwood floors. All leases minimum of 1 year.

     We have ten properties in city limits, mostly single family homes having three to six bedrooms, but some of our units are duplexes with units ranging from efficiencies to three bedrooms. All are no more than a five minute walk from downtown. You can take advantage of all that downtown Oberlin has to offer.

        There are big bookstores, many, many fine restaurants, craft shops, boutiques, parks, and many free concerts which the city and college organize. Do not forget that Oberlin College has one of the best conservatories of music. There is an old-fashioned movie theater. We have a large public library & the College is generous in letting the public use its vast library.

     If you live in one of our properties, you have the advantage of old world charm with modern conveniences, plus a very lively downtown with thriving businesses literally at your feet, a rare combination in these days in this country.

   We have one property in the country, 2 1/2 miles from the city limit.

       What follows is a little more information about the town of Oberlin and its history and its prominent landmarks. The next section gives you the addresses and the exterior photographs of our properties, with a brief description about its size and plan. Some are linked to interior pictures. Eventually, we hope to have interior pictures on all our properties
